Ludi Wiggins Fitness was founded in 2012 by me, Ludi (formerly known as Loudy Wiggins & Loudy Tourky!) after competing for 22 years in elite sport and gaining qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Wellness Coach.

On retiring and saying goodbye to that world it left me wondering how I could spread my knowledge and experience and help others achieve their fitness and health goals.

Within months of opening my doors, my clients were seeing measurable results from my methods of training and nutrition advice, losing centimeters from their waists and toning in all the right places. I also found that I was attracting people who had a one thing in common; their drive to succeed in all aspects of life.

With the right type of coaching and guidance, once my clients started seeing me on a regular basis, other aspects of their life started to fall into place. This was the inspiration for my online Mind and Body Blitz program for those that can’t come and see me in person, but still want my support, guidance, personal coaching and accountability.

As a mum of two I have a holistic approach to Health and Fitness – my expectations of clients and online members are realistic and I try to encourage small changes that achieve long lasting results. I promote consistency in our busy day to day lives.

In a (recent) previous life, I was a Diver and my Olympic career spanned from 1991 – 2012. I am now  a four time Olympian, dual Olympic Medalist, three time World Championship Silver medalist and triple Commonwealth Games Champion and have won over 15 National Titles – however unless I am asked to, I don’t talk about diving all that much!

Whilst training and competing I completed a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney (2005).

I am definitely on a mission to spread the message of health and fitness and how it directly impacts success in other areas of life. I enjoy speaking for corporate groups, school events and have appeared and worked in a range of media over the last decade. Most recently, I have given expert comments on Ch 10’s coverage of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, worked for Eurosport in South Korea and commentated at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games for Channel 7.

Other experiences I have managed to fit in include a two year term as Board Member of Diving Victoria and a four year term on the Australian Olympic Committee Athletes Commission.

With a love of all things family, health and fitness my style of training is unique – you will be challenged and you will see results!

I am always on the look out for ways to improve my knowledge of the fitness industry and I have a thirst for learning new things to bring to Ludi Wiggins Fitness and the Mind and Body Blitz program.
