Bounceback Mums’n’toddlers – If you can’t find time to exercise as you have the kids, this is the class for you. No excuses! Get involved in this kid friendly group fitness class promised to wear them out before nap time. This class needs at least 3 “mums” to run, so if you have a group and a suggested time, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll be happy to accomodate!

Get a serious endorphin rush with this high intensity interval training (HIIT) class. 40 min of body sculpting. Focusing on butts, thighs and abs. Suitable for all fitness levels, we work on getting toned, lean and burn a serious number of calories. Low impact options available. Numbers limited so book now.
