The optimal duration of a personal training session is 45 minutes. 1 hour and 30 minute time slots are also available for personal training or small group sessions.

Dependant on your goals, sessions can include High Intensity Interval training (HIIT), strength training, core stability, cardio workouts, injury rehabilitation, improving range of movement and more.

My results driven approach will see a program designed specifically for your needs which can include Nutritional Coaching and meal planning.
